Meridian is an operational intelligence platform for enterprise AI transformation. It connects to the tools your organization already uses to surface AI adoption intelligence, identify where operational work remains manual, and track transformation momentum over time — giving executive teams the visibility they need to see where AI is working, where value is trapped, and where to act next.

Most organisations see their first operational intelligence within 15 minutes of connecting their first tool. Meridian analyses 30 days of usage data immediately on connection. There is no waiting period — the dashboard populates as soon as the OAuth connection is approved.

No. Meridian connects entirely via OAuth — the same standard used by Zoom and Salesforce. Nothing is installed on your systems. No agents, no software packages, no changes to your IT environment.

Microsoft 365 requires a Global Admin or Reports Reader role in your Microsoft tenant. Google Workspace requires a Super Admin in the Google Admin Console. Slack and Jira do not require IT-level approval — any Slack Workspace Admin or Jira Site Admin can connect directly. In practice: connect Slack and Jira today without IT, then schedule one 5-minute session with your M365 or Google admin to complete the remaining connections.

You need Workspace Admin level in Slack — not Owner, but not a standard member either. The connection gives Meridian read-only access to activity data — it cannot post messages, read message content, or take any action in your workspace. If you are unsure of your Slack role, go to slack.com/admin — if the page loads, you have sufficient access.

You need Site Admin or higher in your Jira instance. The connection is read-only: Meridian can read issue metadata and activity events but cannot create, edit, or delete any tickets. For Jira Data Center (self-hosted), contact connect@keystoneaigroup.com to discuss compatibility with your specific version.

Meridian works with Slack as a standalone connection. You will get the full set of Slack opportunity cards — 14+ workflow types covering message drafting, thread summarisation, channel posts, standups, and more — without needing to connect M365 or Google Workspace. Adding M365 or Google Workspace later simply expands the dashboard.

Jira connects independently and generates its own set of opportunity cards across ticket creation, sprint planning, bug reporting, and related workflows. You do not need M365, Google Workspace, or Slack connected for Jira to work.

Yes — and this is the recommended approach. Connecting all four tools gives you the complete opportunity surface: 54+ workflow types across M365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira on one ranked dashboard. Each tool connection is independent — connecting Slack does not affect the M365 connection.

Meridian reads aggregate activity signals — not individual user data. The data is organisation-level or department-level counts, not user-level records. For organisations that want to scope analysis to a specific business unit or department, this is available on the Growth and Enterprise plans.

No. Meridian reads historical activity data via read-only API calls — it does not run background agents, does not push data back into your tools, and does not sit in the path of any user workflow. API calls are batched and rate-limited in accordance with each platform's published guidelines.
